School residential courses

School residential courses

We have over 45 years experience providing school residential courses for people with disabilities and from disadvantaged backgrounds. Whether your group are autistic, neurodiverse, have physical disabilities, learning or behavioural difficulties, the team at Bendrigg will work with you and enable everyone to participate in adventure activities.

Our friendly team are on hand every step of the way to guide you through the bookings process, give you the warmest of welcomes and make sure that you have a fabulous time. We pride ourselves on being flexible and will work with you to understand what you want from your residential experience to ensure that your needs, aims and objectives are met. So whether you want to stay for two nights or seven, you’ll be offered a pre-course visit to meet the staff, view our facilities and ask any questions prior to your trip.

Pricing and help with funding

Our prices vary depending on the following :

  • When you want to visit
  • How long you want to stay
  • How many people you’d like to bring

For an accurate quote please get in touch via our contact form.

Fundraising, donations and grant support helps us to subsidise the cost of a visit to Bendrigg. This allows us to keep our prices as low as possible. We currently subsidise each person by an average of £168 per visit.

We also fundraise for an additional Sponsorship Fund. If you, your family, or your group would like to visit us, but cannot afford to, then you can apply to our sponsorship fund to part-fund the cost of your visit. Sponsorship varies from 10% to 50% of the total cost, and will depend on the availability of funds at the time. Get in touch if you would like to know more.

A separate Funding Pack is available upon request to help you find your own funders and apply for financial support toward your trip. Please contact us via the contact form to request a copy.
