Our adult open courses are perfect for over 18 years olds who want to tear down barriers and build up possibilities. Some limits may be real, but we remove the ones that aren’t. We challenge attitudes, strip away doubts, and break through personal barriers. Our friendly team are on hand every step of the way to guide you through the bookings process, give you the warmest of welcomes and make sure that you have a fabulous time!

It is a lovely environment - everyone is so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble.

Our adult activity courses are perfect for adults with a range of disabilities. We have various course durations available so whether you are looking for a weekend escape or a week-long adventure, there is something for everyone.

If you cannot afford these prices, then please get in touch with the team who will be able to provide details of additional sponsorship we may be able to offer. We don't want price to be a barrier to inclusion so we will always do our best to accommodate sponsorship requests.
